Hello,my name is Lyle. Allow me to let you know a little about me. I should be considered a Kansas country boy. I was raised on a farm. Only lived in one city,Wichita,during my entire life. That was while attending Wichitachita State University. Although I was pursuing a ph d to become a university mathematics professor. I dropped out early in my master's. Because I was getting married and needed an income, or at least a better income than taking classes at college paid. 🤣 i've returned to university and got my teaching certificate for high school mathematics. I did teach two years in wichita, schools before making the break and giving out of the city for good and teaching in very, very small rural kansas districts. I thought the math would be so disappointing because there wouldn't be a high enough level. Of math to challenge me, but I found it was hey god lead career change. From the path I was on for instead of working with math problems, I got to work with real, wonderful young adults and I love challenging them in the mathematics. And they love to be challenged, and that gave me such fulfillment and a career of meaning and richness, as I had a part in their lives. Although the highest math that I was teaching in high school was calculus still, there was a reward for the wonder of enjoying the lives of students and at least the math to them was high. Level, and that made it fun and rewarding. I retired at 62 years old for a number of reasons. But the largest reason was because uh AI ( artificial intelligence) they came available on their phones. Their love of a challenge and the desire to struggle through solving problems.Was no more. Although I still had a job, I was no longer fulfilled, I was just filling a post, and I knew soon, my job would be eliminated. But even before I didn't have the satisfaction to desire to stay and just Philip post for I never considered myself just teaching. I enjoyed the challenge I enjoyed the students. And that was all gone. So I think ai is one of the greatest things that has happened and what it can be used for and what it is provides us the ability to do, but it's also one of the most damaging, because our minds are no longer being stretched and challenged and disciplined with the thought. Of reasoning and problem solving. And the youth today doesn't have anything to put in its place to replace that challenge. There's social apps and many things that our online that are only entertaining and no way it's a real. Concentration or thought or problem solving. So I retired, and I moved to saral, permanently in the biggest town of libyan other than when I attended university, Concordia kansas. It's HUGH!!! this town has five thousand people. I mean, it's even got a Walmart.LOL i'm fairly certain I'm gonna quit calling it a town and start calling it a city that it is. I think the word Cown is deceiving people. They think I live someplace small. But now I live in town, and yet I'm so far off the edge of town that I'm basically in the country. In the photos above, you'll see 2 of the. Regions, I consider myself a wealthy man, even though I live in a very humble Home, I'm rich because I can see sunrises and sunsets. I can enjoy the creation of God right for my front porch. And I'm wealthy, because I have a loving puppy. My interest, now, our quantum quantum theory, quantum mechanics and all the new theories they are breaking into discovery on quantum nearly every day.
